Due to a few problems I have been having with my e-mail not getting through............
If I haven't replied within 24 hours feel free to text me your e-mail address/phone number or call me direct on 07963 225956 and I will get back to you. The phone will usually be answered by Jules not me ( hard for me to use the phone in the workshop and I am getting a bit deaf).
Once you've described the items that you'd like me to make ( providing it is nothing too outrageous or expensive ), I will make the item and send you photos for approval with no obligation to buy and no money up front. I can always sell the item via our website if you don't like it.
I accept Paypal or bank transfer and will dispatch the item as soon as I receive payment.
Why no pay cart
unlike some I don't believe in taking your hard earned cash until I have the order ready to ship and with our product being genuinely hand made and not always in stock I prefer you to mail me the order so we can sort payment when we have everything ready to go. We dispatch within 1-3 days of payment clearing.
Thanks to Royal mail altering their price structure it now costs me £6.75 as opposed to £3.00 to post a 60cm cane by recorded delivery. As a result of this I am now posting all canes special delivery and absorbing some of the cost myself.
- Canes over 45cm by special delivery at a flat rate of £7.00
- Other items 2nd class recorded (at buyers own risk) at a flat rate of £4.00 (single item only)
- 2 or more items Special delivery (faster more reliable and fully insured) at a flat rate of £8.00
I am happy to ship world-wide but please contact me for shipping costs and options before you order.
We do not collect any customer information via this web site. Contact is by e-mail or phone only we retain customer details for 1 month which we consider reasonable time for the customer to inform us of any problems with orders or delivery. After which we delete all information. We do not share information with any other parties or keep mailing lists of any kind.
